When Esme and I walked near the town of Banderilla, Veracruz, we discovered a tree trunk covered with tiny white mushrooms. I named it the Shroom Castle, and took a few photos of it, which was quite a challenge because the batteries of my digital camera were almost entirely empty, and so was the spare pair, which I had forgot to put in the loader the previous day.
I really love how the tiny rain drops on the perfectly white caps of the mushrooms add to the magic effect.
