Too hot to handle

Friday, May 21, 2004 | 0 comments

Today was a really hot day. Esme had to turn in an assignment and she asked me to accompany her to the University and look for lizards afterwards. And like last Wednesday we found none. But we saw many nice things on our walk.

When we came back I took some close-up pictures of the dead dragonfly I found during our walk.

Around six suddenly the computer rebooted. And a few minutes later it shut down completely. The power supply unit (PSU) had gone bad. Maybe the heat. I removed the PSU from the computer because I wanted to return it. But first we had to do some shopping. When we returned I decided to give it one more try, and the power supply worked and the computer started without any problems. Maybe the heat had triggered some kind of overheating protection.
