Comments: Dell hell with a very happy ending

Today the two Dell monitors, an UltraSharp 2407WFP-HC, and an UltraSharp 2208WFP, I had ordered Friday the first of Februari online via the website of Dell Latin America where delivered. The original order also included a Dell Vostro 200 system. But when I finally had tracked down my sales representative, and emailed him with a few changes I couldn't make via the order system - including a free DVD burner upgrade I missed out on because the order system was down in the evening of January the 31st - he just canceled my order without asking me first, and without offering any other solution than entering the order anew.

Read the rest of Dell hell with a very happy ending.

Hi Richard,

Yeah, to me the most important thing is that things got solved, even though it took quite some time.

A somewhat related question: have you any idea when Dell computers with Ubuntu become available in Mexico?
