Comments: How to remove a background image

If you want to send a picture to someone via Windows Live Messenger, the easiest way to do so is is to drag the file from a folder and drop it into the area you type your instant messages. However, if you accidentally miss the typing area, you might end up with the image as a background of your conversation window. This tutorial explains how to get your default background back.

Thankyou! I'm always trying to send image files to people and it ending up as the window background instead. I had reset the background to default, but the colour was completely white and didn't realise I needed to just reset the colour to fix it :)

cheers. I put a background on by mistake and couldn't see an intuitive "remove background" option...

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! This happens to me all the time, and it takes the longest time for me to figure out how to get that damn background off, and back to a solid color, and when it does go back to normal, I have no idea how I did it. This really did help. XD
