In the above photo you can see our daughter Alice handling her second Emperor scorpion, a juvenile Pandinus imperator. A little earlier she had a scorpion on her hand for the very first time.
Note that this species is very docile and the risk of getting stung was very low. The bandages on her fingers are the side effect of another pet, our cat.
