I try to store links to interesting web pages as much as possible into a locally installed Wiki. This Wiki also has a todo page with quite some links that have to be moved to the right page. Since I also now and then add a link directly to the right page, I risk ending up with a duplicate link on the todo page which it shouldn't be there. Today I wrote a small Perl program that reports links to external pages that appear more then once in my local Wiki. I decided to publish the Perl program as an example, enjoy!
