Cyclosternum fasciatum burrow

Sunday, July 9, 2006 | 0 comments

Originally one of the two Costa Rican tigerrumps (Cyclosternum fasciatum) I keep had its burrow to the back of the terrarium, between the glass and a piece of dead wood. But recently the tarantula spider moved more and more to the front of the terrarium.

And tonight the spider was sitting in the opening it had made, waiting for a tasty house cricket or superworm to drop by. So I took a few photos with my digital camera.
