Today, after I had sent someone an updated version of a Perl CGI program, I got an email back stating that despite MIME::Lite being installed, the Perl program complained that the module couldn't be found. It turned out that in the Perl program I had written "Mime::Lite" instead of MIME::Lite, which works on Windows XP because NTFS is case-insensitive...
