Today we went to Banderilla, a town very close to the city of Xalapa, Veracruz. The book, "Ruta de la Niebla",
describes La Martinica Hill, close to the town, as considered one of the best preserved
sections of mountain forest or mist forest in the entire region
. And we wanted to go there.
